To prevent fraud, we provide a cheap escrow service. Buyers only have to pay a flat fee of 1 Dolex/Eurex, and have the peace in mind that they won't be charged until sellers deliver the goods. This service is at no extra charge for the seller. Seller also have the peace of mind that as long as they deliver goods as described, they won't get a chargeback. If buyer takes no action in 28 days, funds will automatically be released to the seller, and since there's extra cost for investigation, most buyer dispute would be genuine. Unlike other processors, OZEX will also honour registered post, thus resulting in savings for both the buyer and the seller. Unlike credit cards, our escrow service provide adequate protection for both parties, thus minimising fraud to the lowest possible.

OZEX is also the only real solution for micropayments, sellers are charged no more than 5% for their sales (The 1 Dolex/Eurex fee is only charged when the accumulated micropayments reached 20 Dolex/Eurex).
